Complete
the attached registration form and return with full payment to the
RGV Birding Festival or register online. All events are individually
priced as marked in the activity description and on the registration
form and should be paid accordingly. Payment may be made by check,
money order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Pre-registration must be received by Friday, October 24 to receive
a mailed confirmation packet. Please remember that most events have
limited seating and reservations will be filled in the order received.
Registration packets, which will contain your tickets and other
information, may be picked up on Tuesday, November 4 beginning
at 12 noon at the Harlingen Municipal Auditorium located at 1204 Fair
Park Boulevard. The registration booth will be open at 4:00 each morning
thereafter. Tickets will not be mailed out.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
If your registration is cancelled by October 31, either by telephone
or in writing, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations between
October 29-November 4 will receive a 50% refund. Beginning November 5, no refunds
will be issued.
The Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival reserves the right to cancel
an activity of the festival or substitute qualified presenters when
necessary. If we cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will
be issued. |
